fascinating as Mars is planetary ruler of NN, conjunct the SN.
This brings a past-meets-future type of energy that can feel uncomfortable and irritating, frustrating. Mars is not strong in his sign of detriment, and not as strongly positioned to do what he might want to do. There is something more passive here, and Mars can enlist the support of other people to help it do what it knows it needs to do to move forward. This is great time to seek support through a guide, mirror, counselor, therapist, friend who can actively listen, and really hear you, and hear between the lines of what you think you need, to get to what you really need to move forward.

some say this is the mid-point of the Mercury cycle, which is the case if we begin the cycle at the inferior conjunction when Mercury is retrograde, which happened at 13˚ Virgo (date). But some schools of thought will place the beginning of the Mercury cycle at the superior conjunction, such as this, with the inferior conjunction as the midpoint. Whatever the case, this marks an important cosmic event, where Mercury joins the sun at 26˚ Libra, and is strengthened in its notoriety by the conjunction of both planets first to the South Node in Libra the day before.

This brings more attention to Plutonian themes as he’s been a bit behind the scenes, diligently exposing lies and societal corruption. Now that we need to look at him and have more of a conscious conversation about what’s coming up, you might feel called to look into things, research, do some investigative work, but ultimately for the purpose of integration and letting something go (Mercury + Sun still conjunct the South Node).

This makes for an opportunity, as they are trine, to improve our resource base, perhaps of an interior nature with Jupiter retrograde, and Venus in the sign of internal self-talk. How we communicate about our resources has a powerful impact on possibility and experience. Mercury who is disposing of Venus is also conjunct the Sun + South Node, and applying to conjunction with Mars, and to trine with Saturn. This is a day to listen, to meditate, to cultivate gratitude to activate peace. Depending on what you are creating, this could feel like a slightly hodgepodge day, but overall supportive to reconnect with important resources.
