What’s the link between Astrology and ReWilding?
ReWilding is about reconnecting with who we really are, at the core of our being, our true essence. Its also a way of being that is unashamed and free, true to instinct and intuitively guided from inner authority. Its a lifestyle of being tapped into the natural rhythms of life, of which astrology is a system of this cyclical symbolism.
Re-enchanment is the goal, this is what is underneath rewilding for me. It’s a return of a natural state of wonder, rediscovering the magic inherent in the world around us, and involves a shift in perception, first and foremost that everything is connected, our celestial cycles, natural cycles, and our personal, human cycles, it’s all one.
We start to see the resonance and overlay, and start seeing that everything is here to support us, including the planets as our guides.
This shift of perception usually comes through our trials and obstacles as we go through life attempting various things, and inevitably we get to the part of the journey where we are seeking a reconnection with who we really are. This is where Saturn can be incredibly helpful, and this is where we also start to shift our perspective of what Saturn and all he represents is actually doing FOR us, rather than AGAINST us.
Saturn in Pisces reminds us that:
"Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality."
~ Earl Nightingale
Saturn may not be the first planet you’d think of when it comes to rewilding, but a little known fact of Saturn is that he rules the Truth and Beauty Lab.
When you’re reconnecting with who you really are, you’re connecting more with your innate Truth, which helps you to authentically walk in the highest quality of your own Beauty Way - there’s no one size fits all to rewilding, just as there’s no one size fits all to beauty.
It’s something experienced while we’re here in our beautiful bodies, navigating our dharmic path, doing the best we can, as joyfully as we can, with as much ease and grace as possible in all we’re building.
Saturn rules the process as well as the results, the tangible outcomes, and the practical steps toward what we came here to create and contribute.
A key way to rewild your Saturn experience is to become process-oriented rather than only results oriented. This way you get to enjoy what you’re creating the whole time. This will also influence the magnetic energy and resonance of your results because you’ll have infused your creative projects with all the things you want to feel, and other people feel that too.
Understanding our Saturn cycle both literally in the sense of tracking our transits, and also individually meaning - are we feeling the weight and pressure of Saturn’s influence as too heavy, or depressing, or are we using it in a generative, exploratory way. Knowing that Saturn shows us where we are likely to overcompensate or think we will never master - that’s actually the part of our life that we do eventually master.
It’s wise to do Saturn in Pisces activities like:

We can think of Saturn as a:
garden trellis, offering scaffolding to help you reach greater heights
a wall in a yoga class, supporting you in mastering your handstand (and the eventual time when the wall becomes a crutch, so pay attention to what you really need!)
A friendly guidance counsellor who sees you working hard and wants you to succeed, and shows you the resources you have available
Vivian from the Avalon adventures (a wise elder guide who truly wants the best for you, but teaches you through overcoming obstacles)
