Join Mary Wagstaff and I for our eclipse circle, as we dive into some Full Body Listening. We focused on the energy of this New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra, and the energy of the overall eclipse portal (Oct 14-28).
The path of totality went through much of the Southern USA, the Gulf of Mexico and into South America (you can see the path of totality here).
Did you see it? Either way, I’m sure you felt it! This is an energy felt all around the world even if you can’t see it. This is a portal of acceleration, and surrender.
This is a Solar Eclipse to help us release limiting relationship dynamics, confront our fears of who we are becoming, and enlist the support of those who want to see us succeed in all we are creating.
It’s a time to increase our capacity to hold the nuance of polarity, like the polarities that keep us in fear or limited in our conditioning.
That’s what we focus on together in this circle gather, sharing tools around how to move through these fears, and how to become more courageous and resilient in the face of change.
Prepare for sacred circle. Bring your journal, something grounding to drink, and your full presence to create a ritual space for yourself to receive the wisdom your body has for you.
